i used to get fed up at the Nuremberg ring with all the rich show offs in the 80K plus cars thinking they could drive when with out the electronic aids they would be in the crash barriers as lots of them find out.

I know it is very well stressed it's not a race but the very nature of the competters makes it a race they are successfully in their chosen fields by wanting to be the best they have fast cars and want to prove they are the best at driving as well.

A real shame...

On the first leg which I did it was clear that the guys at the front with me weren't going to stop at any red lights unless they had no choice, and some were driving on the wrong side of the road for long stretches at high speed to pass queues.

Is there a solution to this problem? No. The cars that would make them drive a bit safer would stop them from attending at all.

Max did the right thing by cancelling this year though.
