best sounding car ever?

I got bored tonight so i started looking round Youtube.

Then I got thinking, whats your favourite engine sound in the car world?

Some might say an F1 car in the Monaco tunnel, others may like the sound of Steve McQueens Gulf Porsche 917K in the film LeMans or the chirp of wastegates in a Bugatti EB110.

The list is endless but this is my favourite. If you have 10 minute to spare, turn up the volume and watch/listen in awe. The noise alone makes the hairs on my neck stand up.

One thing to bear in mind when watching the video, Tony is using a standard stick shift 5 speed gearbox!!

So whats your favourite car sound? post up a video or clip.

V8's are a popular choice.

Lets not forget Mr McQueen in his 1967 Ford Mustang 390 GT

My own.

Seriously.

The induction kit and custom exhaust work perfectly - and the new TB give it a bit more growl.
