Few pics of Mx3 Ze so far. Long project!

Been a long project and still on going with new gearbox and LSD next on List of to dos. I only allocate limited funds to project a year. Last year was the big brake conversion, and this year was the coilover set up, custom built by saxon motorsport. A new rear strut brace and thermostatic mocal oil cooler. So heres few pics to bring it upto date for this year!.

More info is on uk-mx3 :: View topic - Garfy1981's - KLZE MX3 uppdated 04/08

I get messy pants every time I see this!

I'd love to have the time and tools to do a ZE mx3 after knowing what a ZE 6 is like.

1 thing Garfy, there doesnt seem to be much of a cold air feed for the induction kit or any shielding. Cant you get it lower for a cooler air feed as it must be sucking in a lot of heat?

yeah been meaning to play with induction for a while now, either cold air cone it or try and get it down lower. Was thinking about throttle bodie conversion but think the LSD gearbox must come first, and is next on list of to dos now.

dont really know the 0-60 etc times of it. But one year late, hoping to finally do some track days out of it this year, so hopefully will get a few more stats on paper.

piers if you can find a place to build a LSD gearbox if you fancy one let us know !! Also need to get 3 weighed to see how it compares to the 6.

cheers guys

quaife ATB is the plan, mx6 box, maybe an even longer 5th than fitted to mx6 box. K8 box starts to hit the red at 120, but limiter kicks in to slap me on wrist!
