Ask him if he's got any more, and would he sell privately... Those Mk II Golf ones I bought are just ridiculously strong, and I've found that grabbing the spoiler to close flexes it slightly, I'm afraid that I will crack the paint, as it's already weak along the seam and has been touched up once already by me when I bought it. I might just give it a rub over with some wet 1200 grit and give it a touch up with some spray .

Morning gents - yep add me to the list for a set if youre making an enquiry please. Not sure about price though? I seem to remember another make that came up on here costing £50 ?? so less than that I guess.
Currently using a bit of 2x1 to prob the boot lid open - does nothing for the image
Just go down the scrappy and get some off a newish write off, 206 expect to pay around £10 max for the pair. Just swap the fittings over from your old struts and Brenda is your tranvestite uncle.
Russ, she if he'll do the 3 sets for £60 plus postage, you can bring them along to japfest.. only take a minute to swap over.
Marty, I know I can get some 206 ones from a scrappy... but some chrome ones would be nice... just not prepared to pay more than around £20 for them.
If we get them, does anyone want some extra strong MkII golf lifters?

But that involves finding a scrappy with a 206 (I know they'll be pretty common, but still), removing the struts without breaking them (difficult with a hammer ).
The conveience of delivery, and shiney ones at that... worth a little effort
it's not a problem, at least it made for some entertaining reading.
And from what I've seen, this isn't the first thread you two have hijacked this morning
OK guys. they'll do these for us at £23.45 inc VAT and delivery.
Not too bad an offer considering the last lot on ebay went for £38.
You all still in and I'll bring them down to Japfest
