FAO Russell: RX8 Wheels on ebay 20hrs left

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...972760752&rd=1

Currently sitting at £255 for a set of 4 with tyres... Could this be your lucky day?

YOU ARE BIDDING ON A SET OF 4 ALLOY WHEELS AND TYRES OFF A MAZDA RX8,
TYRE SIZE 225-45-18
2 X TYRES HAVE APPROX 3 MIL LEFT.THE OTHER 2 HAVE APPROX 6 MIL LEFT,ALL ARE BRIDGESTONE,
1ST WHEEL HAS NO MARKS ON,2ND WHEEL HAS A SLIGHT SCUFF,3RD & 4TH HAVE SCUFFS APPROX 8"

With your lowered car, the 225x45 might be a problem on 18" rims... It might foul, checking the tyresize calculator means that standard ones have a radius of 11.9" and the new ones 13", which translates into an 8.8% mismatch with the speedo, when it says 60, you're doing just over 65. Bear in mind that when I went from 15's to 17's it raised my car approximately 1.4cm... So you might get away with it.

And here's another set of new ones with no tyres. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...973609187&rd=1

Cheers Heckler.
The second set without tyres have been listed before.
The first I haven't seen before and shall keep my eye on.
I'm still a little concerned that 18's will look a bit too large.
17" seem to suite the car down to a tee.
Still... I am watching them.

Well, you've seen the pics of Kimbelles car and didn't she have 19's on. Didn't look that bad, but the tyres were a little on the skinny side.

£375 inc all legal tyres, a great bargain indeed... Russ, why didn't you throw some money at them?

I didn't go for them as they had gone out of my 'current' price range with about 1hr to go.
Don't worry.. I have other things planned to make up for it. I hope
