Just to confirm, I should be there. Although not fr as long as originally planned.
Since I'm gonna have to have my son with me, I'll have to take a trip to the beach.
I can't take a 6 year old all the way to Brid and not visit the beach

What a day out, just got in at 10.30. i'll pm everyone to let them know the score with bits.

Got there about 12 and set about the dash/ecu and interior, moved onto the engine bay then went underneath, finally, removed the boot/spoiler/mirrors n fuel filler flap. Cheesy got some great bargains by popping down which made the trip worthwhile. Have a look at whats left Russ, and grab a bargain!

Scott is a top man, proper petrolhead like most of us!! and as for his RX7, all I can say is fizzle me!!!........its the quickest car ive ever been in and thats no exaggeration.

Motorbike speed, speedo needle just wants to go all the way round to 180, all the time! and believe me he had a very close attempt at doing it. Awesome, truely awesome. The noise inside the car is beyond belief, I have some 10 second video clips on my fone but they dont do it justice.

Hope everything goes ok for Ten of the Best Scott, see you there.

Cheers guys, i'm well pleased i've got a wing again. Does look a whole lot better. Now all i've got to do is sort out my number plate, seats, wheels, brakes, suspension and that rubbish clock.
BTW, had a great drive back, almost completely caravan free.

Stu, I should have mentioned my run in with an RX7 a few weeks ago.

Was driving home from work one day and came up behind one... In true ricer fashion it had the silly spoiler on the back. We were in traffic and I was just cruising along happily behind him. We got to a roundabout and both turned left... Traffic was clear and it was going straight into a 30 limit... Well this twat decided he was going to show a mere MX6 exactly what his car could do... and he took of into this estate like a rocket... Just a few hundred yards down the road there's a speed calming measure and I took great pleasure in seeing him almsot crash his car into the curb as he tried to weave through it. He didn't get very far ahead and as we got to the next round about I pulled alongside and laughed at him. He wound down his window and tried to look hard and said 'WHAT?' I just laughed and replied 'you're such a twat, you have the faster car by a long shot... and yet you still felt the need to prove to your girlfriend that you don't have tiny genitals by going faster than a car with half the bhp... Perhaps you'd like to try it on a corsa next time.'

I think he was a little perplexed by my comments, as the meaning of the words probably flew right over his head... as all he could muster in repsonse was 'yeah, well it's better than yours'

'yes, but I'm happy with the size of my genitals' was my reply.

I swear, one day my smart mouth is gonna get me into trouble.

If you want to frack with peoples heads... When ever you have to be grateful to someone you don't really like. Say 'Cheers mate, thanks, [fizzle] you very much'

If you say it quickly enough, they're never quite sure what you just said, and 99% of the time just look at you funny but are too polite to ask what you said. If they do ask if you just said, you can just look at them funny and suggest they get their ears cleaned.

I've got a ton of those.
