HELP NEEDED ... Sorry car tale

Due to various reasons my K-reg MX-6 has been sat on the drive for the last six months. I took it for it's MOT last week and it failed! Need new back box, bew discs and pads on the back and a new tyre. Could not do the emmissions because of the exhaust but felt it should go through OK.
I was hoping to do the car up and sell it but have just moved house and job and cannot afford the time. Looking for someone to offer advice ... should I sell as it is or spend the money.
Car has done around 110,000 miles and is a 2.5 V6. It is in the south Midlands area.
Any offers of help greatly received!

I could have had my hands on a used backbox and tyre for you at the weekend. pm scott in the "breaking 96 nreg" thread and see if he can help. I have a pair of new rear discs sat here if you want to make an offer for them.

If I wanted to go down the line of selling the car as she was, what would she be worth and would I be better of breaking her for parts?

I dunno what you'd get for her as is, but it won't cost much to repair her.
You have an offer there for a 'cheap' zorst, and if I remember right, Einstein has a source of very cheap, but usable discs. Mintex pads at £20 a pair are a steal.
You could prolly have all the bits sorted for about £100 and it will add more than that to the resale value.
