Turbo engine for second generation V6 2.5

At the beginning I want to introduce myself.

My name is Mark and I am a member of polish ford probe club ford-probe.net

The reason I am writing is that I intended to make my second generation ford probe V6 1995 year make turbo charge. Due to outside circumstances I am force to sell it all . I want to add that because I live in New York and the car being in Poland -Kielce is one of the reasons and does not make sense to keep the car only for my vacation trips. So if any one is interested in buying parts from me for second generation V6 turbo charge please give me a call or send me a mail to kielce@earthlink.net or call to NY 718 366 2521 Mark

I also want to add that I have photos which I can send you via e-mail. Also you can look in this link from the beginning of my project. http://www.ford-probe.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=156

The fallowing list is

1 complete engine to be assemble and was done by know firm in Poland here is the link http://www.nos.motoogloszenia.pl/ with all the parts new never used. That kit will withstand 650 horsepower

2 Wiseco Pistons 8.5 compression and foreged rods.

3 Main and rods bearings Clevite 77

4 Toga oil pump and new oil sending unit.

5 The crankshaft was balanced with light weight pulley and Finadza flywheel and ACT heavy duty clutch.

I want to add that the whole engine is ready to be put together and is ready for that.

6 Quaife with complete bearings for the tranny I believe six pieces.

7 Synchros

8 Red line MT 90 oil

9 Powder paint intake manifold and valve covers with metallic great paint.

10 Big break upgrade US brakes with complete front pads. ( only for the front installment)

11 Warlboro 225 fuel pump

12 6 nissan injectors 600 cc which are tested and I have paper for it.

13 mazda 6 pieces injectors form mazda millennia S 280 cc

14 Tokico 5 way adjustable new

15 all necessary gaskets same as timing belts and rollers etc

16 CZT tanny bracket to hold the tranny from hubing

17 Front and back engine mounts

18 Pillar pods for 3 gauges

19 Greddy BOV

20 Apexi boost control

21 Front huge intercooler

22 A lot silicon connectors and clams

23 Greddy Turbo gauges and temperature and mix fuel and air.

24 Cartech FMU 2 pieces

25 Valve kit springs and locks and retainers which will withstands easily 9000 rpms

26 already insole brass valve guides in heads.

27 Hole engine block is redo for the bigger pistons 0.20 all heads are resurfaced and block

28 Greddy Turbo timer

29 Tial 38 mm Wastegate

30 MSD 6 BTM ignition controller and coil

31 ARP complete studs top and bottom.

I also have to think what else the list might contain but at this moment that is it.

I just want to add that I ma currently in New York but the whole parts and the engine is in Poland.

Those parts are accessable in Poland. That is why I am posting this in UK forum. I bought all the parts from US where I live. However trip from UK to poland is not that expensive if someone is very intrested in it. I think somewhere like 100 euro both ways. When comes to the shipping from poland to Uk I have no idea the cost. The shipping from US to Poland cost me all of money but I am not going to include shipping. I just want to get as close to what I paid as possible. I want to add that The engine is done but not assemble so is not used what so ever. The whole cranshaft is balanced with light pulley and light flywheel with the ACT clutch. I have photos so I can send them. Another think I have to be when this is going to be sold, so I girectly exchage parts for cash. At this moment study so I can not do any trips to Poland because of the schol and work and last Friday I just got back. This trip cost me more money then trip from UK. In March or April I will have spring brake so I can arrange meeting but the buyer has to be for real and not wase my time.Another time I am thinking to make trip will be July the World Cup season. So guys if any one is intrested let me know.

As with anything for sale in the UK forum, it should have a price on it...

I cant see a sale here realistically happening. Albeit a gracious and good opportunity, the practicality of it just isnt what it needs to be.

Sure I will post the price now but I thought that some people will express thier intrest what they need. Two heads and block resurfaced block bored and preped already with crankshaft matched with bearings clevite 77 main and rods also as I said it was balanced with pulley and flywheel and clutch ACT. The Pistons Wiseco are 0.20 over with complete rings and Rods that cost me 1350 US the main bearings cost me 60 US. Block crankshaft is free with purchase so I am including eventhough I paid for it. The cost of laber was 900 US. The Heads have bronze valve guide for better oil supply I did my research they cost me 110 US. Light alluminium pulley cost is 55 US Finadza cost me 350 US ACT clutch cost me 320 US. I am not including taxes and shipping cost from US so I am resable. If you want I can also find someone who will assamble this engine for you but for extra money. As far for the rest of the parts I will have to make list but I can not sell anything before I find buyer for the engine. I almost forget I have valve stage 2 stifer springs lock and retainers proved to withstand 9000rpm. That cost me 650 US. so the total will be with springs 3795 US

That'll be £2200 appx allowing for exchange charges etc. So tempting but I really cannot afford it, there again..... it's only three months rent and I can sleep in the car

650BHP would be nice.....dreams......

I will not keep the car and the engine even though I am so close to finish because being in US colides with doing it. My car sits and no one drives so that hurts me most because car not driven rusts faster.

I maybe interested in a few bits and pieces, certainly pistons although may block needs a bore and want to check it doesn't go over 0.20 1st obviously.
Did you mention rods? If so what make?
I saw an intercooler in pictures, is it yours if so how much? Oil catch can, how much?
Also the Quaife, was that just bearings or a differential? Again how much?

I am thinking of adding Mark 626GT to my ignore list

Sorry but I am not selling pistons if the whole engine is eady to be assambled. That does not make sens. I want to sell the whole engine once again and the pice is firm. The prices I paid and the laber and the engine is gratis = free as gift. Ater this I can sell all the rest of the parts and even the car with KLZE engine in it.
