I'll be putting these up on eBay soon but it's only right the club should get first dibs. It's a set of 5 (yes that is the spare as well) original 16" Alloys and tyres.
They are not in too bad a shape though they do have the usual scrapes and the chrome is wearing. Was going to get them refurbed but decided to get some 17" Fuel4's instead. 4 out of the 5 tyres are in very good condition. 2 Avon ZR's fitted end of last year, an Avon ZZ1 and whatever I had put on the spare (that has never even been driven on). The 5th tyre would definately need changing or bung it in the boot as the spare.

No idea what they would be worth so try to be kind if anyone makes an offer and I would prefer collection though I will sort out deliver if must (cost would have to be added to final price).
I've been keeping my eye out for a set of speedlines for a while now, unfortunately I'm stone-cold broke! Very nice wheels, i;m sure you won't have trouble getting rid of them.
Hmmmm. I'll definitely be keeping an eye on these, particularly since i'm well in distance for a pickup. Unfortunately i'm still broke and have a lot of bills to pay.
Just had a second look at the ebay item, it seems to have the tyre size listed as 205/50, should these not be wrapped in 215's?
Can anyone confirm the correct tyre size for 16" speedlines on an mx-6?
Ta in advance.
Just ignore me, I think somebody has put something in my tea. Now that I think about it of course 205 is the right width. I had 215 stuck in my head for some reason. From the brief research that I had just done it doesn't look like you could find equivalent sized 215's to fit very easily.

Oh Balls! I woke up 20 minutes too late this afternoon and completely missed out on these. I'm well pi$$ed off now, that'll teach me to stay up late getting drunk! Stupid hangovers!
I was hoping they would go to a member but only one got in touch. Unfortunately the bidding started heating up at that point so it would have been too late to pull them out without annoying people.
Actually... I apologise... I am on 215/40/17's so they are a bit lower still..
Handling wise, a big improvement over the 205/55/15 std size, but yes, it is a bit harder, especially with the bad roads round here.. on smooth roads and motorways, they are fine.

I find that when I bid, I put in a really high price say £50 over the last highest bid ( whether mine or someone else's ) and I have never lost an auction yet.
Take care
