For information : 172,000 miles, Last MOT in May and failed on welding req on rear of each sill, corroded brake pipe, and rear brakes binding.. Thats it ! ..

Sorry, yes that would be a good point ..

ok.. mileage on the car is 172k, all gears ok and engage with no problems, and the gearbox has never been off the car since I bought it. Its still on the car, and can be heard/used until i have to start breaking the engine for parts sold.

If anyone fancies a trip down, mull over the car, see what you need, feel free to get in touch and arrange a date. Billyj will tell you how much you start to remember the 'little bits' you always forget about, he remembered a few today whilst looking around.
