Wanted: SS headers with egr mod done

I'm looking for a stainless steel exhaust manifold which has already had the egr modded to fit properly. I just want a straight fit easy job.

Cheers
Robert

All you have to do is bolt the egr pipe first before bolting the back manifold on. The pressure of bolting the manifold on bends the pipe into shape.

Many people fix the manifold on first then try and fit the egr pipe on with massive difficulty.

If thats what you mean!

That's awesome, I'm gonna do that. Would it help if the egr pipe is heated first too, so it can bend even easier. there's one on ebay for £130 plus £15 delivery.

wouldn't make much difference as you'd be trying to heat up a pipe right next to where you'll be trying to do up the manifold bolts! You could but you'd more than likely burn yourself in the process!
