Which one is it, there are two types for the MX6 depending on which year/model you have.

Once has a square 4 pin connector, and one has a straight 4 pin connector... Jspecs have a 3 pin connector and is completely different to the espec ones.

Might help find a buyer if they know exactly which one you have.

If anyone has a problem with their heater blower only working on setting 4, it's because this resistor block has blown. It can be found under neath the passenger side dash, remove the panel and glove box and look at the bottom of the blower motor and you'll see it. 3 screws hold it in place.

Make sure you never turn the heater blower on with the resistor pack hanging outside the blower... as it will burn out in a few seconds because it requires the airflow of the blower to keep it cool.

when I first got my MX6, I bought it with a "blown fuse" so the heaters didnt work. I ended up TRAWLING around for a new blower resisitor, so I know that these are bloody good to have spare, and rock hard to get hold of, especially from scrappers (they know) so I advise anyone to get this, it may come in handy one day! I have got myself a spare one, as these cars age, the blower resisitor gets more likely to burn out...!

Its the one with a straight 4 pin connector. I believe this will only fit the later UK spec cars from 1996 on.

Thanks
