My dad just got an MX-5 and it's awesome. The only thing I dislike is when revving the engine standing still (I'm not insured to drive it) it feel heavy and slow and very boring compared to the V6. It feels almost as if it has a really heavy flywheel. Otherwise a beautiful car.

i'm looking for a MX5 mate, wanted one for ages. a manly mans one of course. I know what you mean about the revving though, i feel that in other cars these days, especially my 4x4 (although oddly my OH's renault 5 revs like a monster...)
anyway, any interest in your 6 Babia? Its looks reallly nice, its just the lower powered one, I wanted the 200BHP one...shame...but at least you have all the gadgets on yours!!

I drive my company van all week
Weekends shopping etc I drive the V40
If I'm lucky I get the 6 to nip to the shops every now and then

Yes one guy has bid up to the reserve price and I fot around a dozen watching, just have to wait and see I guess.
200HP no thank you this one frightens me to death at times, when you get to my age the mind doesnt keep up with the speed if you know what I mean.............
