Hi - anyone know where I can buy new or v good condition black carpets (the accessory not the whole thing) .. trying to replace threadbare ones for front and back.

All I can do is wish you luck. If you're looking for the genuine ones you're gonna need it. I think the only place i've seen them is US ebay. They'll be second hand and will cost to post though.
Anyone know if the dealers still offer these? I know they do in the US but I assume they don't here.

They don't in the US/Canada any more, what's out there is all there'll ever be (for OEM). There is a company (or two) that makes an aftermarket mat almost IDENTICAL to the stock ones.
Either way, for the right price I can send you a MINT set.
