Question NGK Iridium Spark Plugs

Hi everyone,
Well I made it in one piece to Wisconsin via Toronto and Chicago...

Can you kindly remind me which part number is the correct one to buy for the MX6 as against the 626...The MX 6 one is cooler running than the 626 plug.

There was a recent thread on here about the NGK's but I lost the note that I made of the correct part number...

I know that John_S wants me to get a set as they are so much cheaper over here.

Looking forward to a reply.

Take care folks and have a nice day.

Hugs

Paula

Hi again everyone,

This is interesting.

I have just gone to the following website:

http://www.ngk.com

It is not the official NGK website but they sell plugs.

For 2.5 litre V6 Ford Probes, they suggest ZFR6FIX-11's BUT

for 2.5 litre V6 MX 6's, they suggest ZFR5FIX-11's

I will get the 5's then.

They charge $6.95 each plug but will check out other suppliers later.

Cool Hi John

That's what I thought.

The 6 is the cooler running plug.

Perhaps they think at NGK.com that Probe drivers are faster....

Take care

Hugs

Paula

Smile Denso Prices

Hi again hon,

KJ16CR11 are $2.63 each
IK16 are $11.99 each

and they do not list a VK16.

How do these prices compare to the UK?

Paula
