hey, i am really confused about my engine. the head code is k8 1a1 and the cam is kf01 does anyone know what that means? it supposed to be a 2.5L millenia motor from japan(from ebay). thanks

You got screwed over like me dude. I got that exact same engine and it's an engine from a J-spec MX-3 or something. Definitely disappointed. I'm getting a real KLZE this week. Good luck bro!

The K8 normally indicates the 1.8 engine from the MX-3, as petoria mentions... Although i know the milenia's can be a mix of parts at times.. have a good search around the site for 'K8'

my ze has KL-34f stamped on the cams and ive not had chance to check the head number. Am I looking in the wong place on the cams or have I got a weird number?

im really confused here, i have a short neck IM, with the thicker inlet branches, and the number in the head just reads KL-1A1, and the other side reads KL-1O1....Now i know my car is one of the last produced "R" plated, but im baffled..

here are a couple of pics.....





can someone help me please....

The KL-101 and KL-1A1 are std uk spec heads, as is your inlet manifold.

The j-spec numbers, if thats what you are getting confused with, are KL31-101 and KL31-1A1 ..
