Vacuum diagram for you too ....


Current Ride and new project- 93 Cavalier Turbo, running approx 260 at 12psi on phase one chips.

just looked
unfortunately breathers are the right way round
but on that system it is missing the rubber elbow, to connect to the rear rocker
so back to scratch it looks like
im really hoing its lambas i really am
can i use universal ones or do they have to be specific??

mmm .. not good eh ..

So the metal pipe just ends at the back of the rocker cover under the inlet manifold ? if so this is causing a big vac leak, you need to either connect it up or block off each port to stop the leak... at the moment you are probably finding it idles bad with these open.. I would also check the drivebelt timing if possible to ensure its not the valve timing out and causing excessive blow by.

Go over each of the diagrams provided, ensure you have the pipes as they should be, and solenoids / sensors connected. You will be amazed how many people miss some, even after going over them a number of times..
