I got some spare ones from windy, and to some were ok, others werent. it seems to me that all the door clips for the door cards need to be solid, becuase if one pops out, the rest follow, which is what has happened to mine.
Is there somewhere I can get brand new clips from? I really want to sort the doors out.
p.s. while I had the door cards off last weekend, I sprayed the window mechanism with wd 40, now the windows go up and down much better.

I've seen them on the shelf at the car spare's place. Best take one down and compare sizes.
I think they are a bad design cos probably everyone on here will tell you the same story about them. I'm going to have a go at modding the way they fit, handy when you have got umpteen numbers of spare door cards!!
I know it would increase the cost, but you would have thought that at least some manufacturer (albeit probably not car makers themselves) would have come up with some kind of metal, sprung design...

Mazda have! On the rear door cards at the top, which makes it all the more annoying they used plastic ones on the fronts

Ah right, haven't seen those ones yet. Although I don't imagine it'll be too long now that Steve wants my interior!

I can't see either unfortunately. Having said that there are plenty of others on eBay, not in bulk packs like that.

Hey i got fed up with this also.....and Used a small amount of quick setting Araldite on the offending clips. OK so if i have to take it off it might be a problem, but i'll worry about that when it happens.......... No more wobbly door cards......
My motto if in doubt glue it up.....
i havent found anything yet, but i have to admit, i am getting close to digging out my araldite too. I havent driven my six for about two weeks now, so havent been in a rush!
