Outer cv joints

My car was booked into garage to have outer CV joints done both sides as makes annoying clicking noise when turning left and right but garage called after an hour and told me joints that i supplied didn't fiti brought these ones
Mazda 626 Eunos MX6 2.3 2.5 1991-1998 CV JOINT on eBay (end time 31-Jul-09 13:06:47 BST)

They said there are 3 different sizes so back in on Tuesday to try again prices vary from £35-£65 each depends what size i need i bet i need the most expensive,so i think i will let garage get joints as don't want to get the wrong ones again and waste another day.

H i have been quoted £71 each at euro car parts so the ones brought for £14 each cant be the same,so i have emailed mark at probe store as they have them listed at £33 but don't want to order if they wont fit.
Ive decided i will try and do this job myself as it will cost about £240 in garage and car making noise on every turn now not just on full lock and i really dont like driving it like this.
I did look In my manual as i haven't done this before, but as it USA it don't really cover this just says replace complete shaft so any advice would be gratefully received.
Many Thanks
Dave
