While we're still weighing in on the decision for other new moderators who will be assigned here, I'd like to congratulate and welcome Paula to the staff as the events moderator for the UK.

Paula's upbeat spirit and good natured automobile enthusiasm make her a valuable addition to the team.

Paula's function will be chiefly as the events moderator, but she WILL have complete moderation ability in the section - so don't give her a hard time

Please join me in welcoming her to the team, and looking forward to revitalising this section, and the site as a whole.

Good Morning Dave and thank you < hugs > ...

I hadn't realised that I had been appointed yet but last night noticed that I could delete other member's posts.....

I have never done this sort of job before but I feel honoured and privileged to have been made a moderator of this wonderful forum.

I told a good friend of mine who lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA about it all.

She used to run an early Mazda RX 7. Her comment was " More Sleepless Nights " ...

i didnt stop my racing tho

started rallying got a 2007 subaru rally car being built for me for the 2010 season
did a week of training in a 2004 rally STi and love it...

also going to LA tonight and taking a 2 day advanced single seater training at laguna Secca
still instructing gokarting as well

Oh well not to worry hun.

Sadly getting funding to race is not the easiest thing in the world especially at the moment.

Look at all the motor manufacturers that have pulled out or will be pulling out of F1.

RALLYING not that's FUN and I know you like Scoobies ...

KImi Raikonnen also thinks so.

Have a great trip to LA and Laguna Seca is awesome.

Please let us all know how you got on upon your return.

I have been very busy entertaining my USA friends this year who have come here because of the weaker pound.

But the £ is strengthening again which is good because I am off to the States again next summer.

Motor Racing wise, I have not done much this year but Trax 2009 will be FUN for sure.

In the meantime take care and please give my regards to Aric.
