mot'd the 6 today

Another 12 months ticket for the 6 and not an advisory in sight.

Tester commented on a number of things, how sharp the brakes were and how solid the car was for its miles/ages.

The Co2 figure on the emmissions was really good too.

Cambelt and water pump are being fitted Monday so she will just need paint after that to make her tip top.

Also got my shiney bits from Dave24v today so cant wait to get them on tomorrow and take some pics.

Might still make it to trax, you never know

Mandy Metro has confirmed that she is coming with her competition GTI Metro and if she can't get Gerry's Tracktime pass, she will do the 0 to 60 anyway.

Sent him a pm and he replied saying ok but havent heard anything since.

I think he's a bit down as he sold the silver mx6 but didnt want to.

I'll give him a call tomorrow if I get chance.

You are not going to believe this but Gerry sent me a PM early Friday morning but notification of it was in my Spam Folder and I only opened it a few minutes ago.

Gerry has the Trax tickets but I don't know how we are now going to get them to Mark (MX6addict) for Mandy to use.

She needs one entry pass and one tracktime pass.

Are you close by to Gerry?

If so and you are coming to Trax, can you bring them with you?

But we would need them at the Tesco's meeting point before we leave in convoy at 8.00am sharp.

Don't know what is being said here but I have ALL the Trax tickets and track time and they will be coming down to Trax with me.

I can't pass on any tickets or track time untill the person that paid for them PM's me and gives me the authority to do so.

And they had better be quick because I'll be on my way by lunch time today!

Hi guys

I have not posted in a long time. I've had the Six Sorn for the last 2 years sat on the driveway. There is a long list of stuff I'd like to do but £ is an issue at the mo. (namely a new set of alloys)

Still after 2 years sat on the drive she flew threw her MOT. The only glitch being we could not shut the bonnet! Ordered a part from 1st choice parts as recommended on the site stickies. They were great had the part in less than 24h) Only to find that the last garage to tinker with her before going off the road adjusted the bonnet height rubber guards.
Went straight back and got the MOT cert.

I spent 3.5 hours yesterday giving her a good hose down. Not a bad effort considering she was salmon when I started.
