Exclamation I am resigning my position as UK Events Moderator

Hi Guys,

Because my business is growing rapidly, I simply do not have enough time to devote the attention that the position of moderator requires.

I have informed the powers that be of my wish to resign forthwith and will continue to be an ordinary member as before.

Nite all

Paula

I got your message Paula, I'm sorry to see that you've had to step down - I thought you were doing a sterling job.

Give me a shout sometime about your business I'd be intrigued to hear about it. I'm starting my own up in the future and would love to exchange notes.

All the best,

Ben.

Hi again Guys,

As you can see it's early in the morning here in the UK and a mosquito has been keeping me awake.

All the rain that we have had in the last two days after the driest September here in the South East for many a year, the little sods are waking up again and hungry for my blood.

When I am in the USA, they always seem to bite me first....

G' rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr !!!!!

Both Dave (mx6-uk) and myself, I believe, have done a good job over the last few months and it is good to see that the UK forum is now a cohesive group of people with the one aim in seeing that our part of the wider mx6 community continues to grow.

It's a great place to be now.....

I am saddened to see Ben go as he is a delightful young man.

Whenever somebody's car goes wrong, he is one of the first to step up to the plate, give advice or indeed drive to that person's home and offer his excellent knowledge, then getting his hands greasy by working on the car.

Ben has a great future for sure and I look forward to seeing him at meets in the future.

I am looking forward very much to staying here as an ordinary member from now on without all the pressures of being a moderator.

I have a friend who is a moderator of a group that is linked to a medical matter and she has to deal with so many problems on there each day, different personalities etc, that it's quite remarkable she is sane still ...........LOL !!!

The UK section of mx6.com is a doddle to moderate by comparison.

However all posts still need to be checked out each day and it is a very responsible job and also time consuming.

Sadly, I simply don't have the time anymore.

Whoever the powers that be decide to appoint as a new UK moderator, I wish him/her all the luck in the world and I hope that they continue my and Dave's good work.

Onwards and upwards I say and remember guys, the past is the past.

Today and the future is all that matters and I look forward to seeing the UK section of mx6.com continue going from strength to strength.

Now that I am up, I am going to start uploading more fotos of the Goodwood Revival to my Photobucket account and add them to my Goodwood Revival 2009 - Part 2 post over on the UK Pics & Video section.

Now for my medication and then an early morning cuppa tea with toast.

Richard my other half is very pleased that I will now have more time to his wants and needs ....

Have a great day everyone.

Paula
