Fuel milage

Well guys, on the trip down to Norfolk, and a bit of running around, I had done 350 miles before needing to fill up.. I only managed to get 48 ltrs in it... that works out at over 33 to the gallon... in theory, with 12 ltrs left, I could have squeezed another 80 miles out of her, at that rate, I could have got 430 miles on a tank..

normally, I get about 220 before I have to fill it. just shows what having gertie at the side of me can do

Yep, that loud noise in the ear followed by a sharp pain in my left arm if I don't take any notice works for me every time too.

Gerti was nice to you john , mine was white with fear when it awoke to find the speedo at 125 earlier today , just this minute back from a little 1750 mile juant to cuckoo clock land

12 hrs behind the wheel you start to get a bit impatiant to get home

back to topic , yet to work petrol costs out and mpg but 1 thing thou those euro people are only paying 71 p a ltr for it !!!! and they have no oil !!!!!!!
