Oh and before anyone suggests it, a ride in mine is NOT the Consolation Prize.

Just read this thread really sorry to hear this news Ken. I know how much the car means to you. Hope you get a good engine cheap and quick.

Just found a problem with my car as well. Looks like the rear rocker cover is leaking. As found oil in a rear spark plug well.

Bad, bad luck.

PM'd you about a couple of sites you could try.

If you need a hand fitting whatever you eventually buy, let us know and I'll wander over.

The biggest problem with you going for a KLZE is that your car will have OBD II ECU(post 1994) and loom. The KLZE runs off a OBD I ECU(upto 1994).

aaaawwwww KENNETH!!!!!

If you need a hand mate you can have plenty of my spare time, I may learn a few things in the process..lol. As for getting another, there are plenty around Bmouth for sale, theres a white one up wallisdown way private, dont know the price tho. If you want a peek, let me know, I could take you to it ( if its still there) Thats silver one my way was up for 3800 or there abouts. There is a nice L in Sherbourne I saw today, maroon colour, no price it just said "offers" on the sticker< maybe its shagged then.

Let me know if I can help.
