Shifter linkage rod - 2nd gen

Need a shifter linkage rod from someone in the US. Seems the E-Spec has a different size (smaller) bolt hole in the shifter linkage rod at the shifter end. This is preventing me from installing a short shifter and my UHMP bushes.

Anyone interested in shipping one to Sydney Australia?

If I am understanding your issue correctly, you can probably just drill out your current one then to be large enough.

No other way around I'm afraid.

The bolt and hole in E-Spec shifter is much smaller than US models. Short shifter sourced from US has a large hole for the bushes and bolt.

UHMP bushes which I bought from the forum fit the short shifter perfectly, it's the linkage with larger hole and bolt that I want. Really I would be happy just to get the bolt as I can drill out the linkage holes to suit.

btw - I have looked for a bolt to use locally but keep coming up with blanks. It would just be easier to get the proper bolt.

I have that bolt, metal bushing, and used OEM plastic busings... Pay for shipping and its yours.

Can you confirm that the bolt is about 12mm or just under 1/2" in outside diameter.
