Exclamation Final Questions

Okay, the KLZE swap is planned to happen in the next week or so and I have a few final questions. My car is a 1996 V6 5 speed. First of all, from all that I've read the ZE is a direct swap, but to get your last 8-10hp you need to get either a JDM ECU or get yours chipped. So if I just swap out engines will everything work fine? Also I have read that the Japenese motors were only available with a 4 speed auto so is my 5 speed manual a direct bolt up to the ZE? That's really all I need to know other than the ODB I or II MAF. Does it need to be changed or what is the deal there.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
