Hey red as you just live around the corner i thought i might ask......

I got my head back today from the workshop all ready to fit back in, plus i just spent almost $300 on gaskets, filters, caps, plugs, olis ect to put it back together. What i dont have is a torque wrench, would you have one at all you could lend me over the weekend?........

I would just buy one if it was something i thought i would use a bit, but i dont think (i hope i wont) ill use again.

Sunday night will not ever work for me sorry, i have a management meeting at 8am Monday mornings. Some friday nights are good and Im free some Sunday days too.

That cool Red ill buy one then sell it on consignment at work when im done

well i dont really feel like going anywhere anyway lol its too hot. The A/C in the 626 has worked well up until this summer, its not so chilly anymore :/

My TX5 could chill drinks!, but thats got a blown headgasket :/

Car wont be fixed till mid next week, the head has a broken stud on the manifold side.

Edit: was already in there, not from me. would of saved alot of time if i had realised before almost getting to the stage of bolting it to the block.

IM ON THE ROAD AGAIN LA LA LA LA LA IM ON THE ROAD AGAIN!!!!

All is fixed had a mobile mechanic around this morning to do the timing and see why i was miss firing on the 4th piston, turns out i had a heap of gunk in my electrical conection of the 4th injector.
He said for the age of my car my motor sounds really good (186k)
I also replaced the master and slave to my clutch and all my clutch issues are gone.
The whole reason this all happend was because i didnt fix my temp gauage when it was not working, the mech show me i just had a bad conection there and for $9 a new sensor has fixed the problem

(silly me i know better than to not worry about gauages not working

ooops!, wont do that again!)

Car is ok now just have to shim the rotors so my steering wheel does not fall off while i break
