Im going to fix the opera window on my 2nd 626 this week ($225) and clean it up and sell it for $2500 in the paper (happy to get $2000). Means CV's wont get fixed till i sell the 2nd car. I got a silver door for it, stock stereo and gave it a big clean out and it's looking good

If i knew i was not going to be thrashing through hills I would take it how it is.....

Well I have tomorrow off with not too much to do so Im going to do up the spare 626T so I can sell it in the papers in a week or so.....
I have organised a door and bonnet so all the panels match and going to change them over tomorrow plus put in the AC comp so the PS works again

I honestly cant be farked hense why I was happy to sell it for $1000, but i guess if im going to spend the time on it I can reap the rewards (profit) in it

I'm still after a quick sale so $2700 in the papers for a 626 manual turbo will be snaped up quick! $2400 for any SA mx6.com guys or friends

I wont be at the cruise as my car really needs the CV's fixed and i need to sell the spare car to pay for them to be fixed. Wish weddings were free lol

Red thats the problem when you want to sell something quick, you put it up for sale too cheap and it scares people away lol

I got up today at 7am and worked on it till now, AC comp back in so it has power steering back. all windows are now working, all door handles and now working. bonnet is now silver, door is now silver. I'm still to get the rear 1/4 window replaced and there is an oil leak (from the sump). Looks good for a run about (paint faded on roof) and it drives great!

might park it on the corner of bains and south this sunday
$2400

Update: yesterday I bought some paint repair polish (looks like cut and polish but costs more lol) and some wet look wax polish. The roof was chalky if you know what i mean and I've worked on half of it and its all smooth and shiny! Tonight I bought home a quality new polisher from work (looks like a large angle grinder with a buff pad) to get it 100% It still has faded paint on the roof but least it's all glossy!
I bought a second hand rear quarter window for $65 and having it put in, in the morning for $60 which is a good price as it's a fair bit of work.
Enjoy the cruise guys if you go

Cool, good work.

My 6's Roof is faded to the extent the paint is coming off!

The boot used to be like it but I had it resprayed, will do the roof too.

yeah, i knew i wouldnt make it, friends 18th last, pretty freakin wicked + little bit hungover.
we have a jap exchange student at our school, he is pretty shy and never goes out, very smart too. he has been in Adelaide studying for 3 years, must be pretty tuff on the poor guy going all that time without friends or family, but last night he wanted to walk home from Hackam to Morphette Vale (30 mine work @ 4am, not a good idea...) psi knows what Im on about, got a taxi with him, did my drunken good deer for the night.

Hope you have fun today Dion, sorry couldn't make it. we'll have our own cruise sometime soon-ish.
