No problems there are alot of people who go turbo on the PT forum and then bow out when they either have to buy a turbo/can't be stuffed anymore/blew their car up or sold it.

Best place to get almost a whole kit and a whole kit sometimes.

Also sik make sure he doesn't insure it for over $1000 or put the price down as over $1000 cause aussie post will charge u customs for anything over $1000 but u can get insurance for $1000

Depening on who u get it sent with i just reccomend u dont use USPS even if it's cheaper

So how did it go sik?

I rang up EPA and they said cause my system is counted as a non certifited system hence having to pay for engineer and emissions testing the bigger injectors and the AFPR are allowed to be used aslong as the ECU is sealed so if i ever did change the AFPR setting it would hurt the car

looks like all i'll have to do is save some money before i get it engineered and emission tested (im just gonna get everything else on my car done before i bother getting the SC legal)

Nin what would happen if you got pulled over without being tested. What would the fine be would they impound your car etc.

And I gave him a call he is pulling the whole car apart this week and said he has been taking photos. He is going to deliver them this monday and said once he weighs it all he will let me know what the delivery options are. So far so good and im glad i get to use this thread again.

If i get it next, next monday, by then the fuel pump will be in. Now i just need a boost controller, Wideband 02, and boost and AF gauge and I am bassicaly ready to install. Megasquirt will be purchased either from a member on PT ive been talking to, or from the up and coming bulk buy. Which ever is cheaper/coneniatent at the time.

The gauge installs just hit me though, it might be a bit expensive. Ive got a oil temp gauge, oil psi and I need a boost and AF ratio gauge. And to install all that braided hose fittings, cutting the stock radio, eeesh just more effort to add on top. Ill think ill wait till i get the setup going before i install the gauges (except AF gauge and boost)

Nice should be good when done take lots of pics when u get the parts

As for what would happen the engineer said to me just drive around as far as i know i would be sent to a testing station like they do for emissions and they would then check out what i have then id either get a fine or be sent to get it engineered.

I believe if u say your getting it engineered and actually talk bout the EPA and the ford labs the cop would most likely not bother

yer I asked what would happen because i thought with all this money your spending, maybe it would be worth the risk you know.

I did a paypal chargeback last night. I sent order 3 weeks ago for fuel pump to this company and never got email from them. Just says order pending. To be honest i dont even think the website is updated anymore. Now I have to wait longer.

Nar he has an ebay store but it was from a website. Im actually looking for one right now on the net. He paid money back through paypal, that was very quick. If only he could reply to my emails or send pump that quick.

Back to fuel pump bargain hunting for me. And im too scared to get from ebay and find out its fake. And most are 160+ anyway
