Yeah i think you might be right i'll go with the black Vinyl/leather depending how the vinyl looks if it sucks im happy to pay the price for the leather.

Once i cut out the floor i have to make the shelf for the sub box and the amp.

Anyone got any idea on how to cutout a Pill shape on some wood?

I could use a jigsaw but i want a perfect looking cut anyone know how people do that do they just hold a template on and jigsaw around it?

Thats just about it, a Jigsaw with a template, followed by lots of sanding and finishing it off with a router for a nice smooth curved edge. Thats how we did similar things back in Yr12 Furniture Design.

The other alternative (if money isn't really an issue) is to pay a cabinet maker/carpenter to do it for you.

5 or 4 door!? its not a wagon is it?

mine is a 76 aswell though built 11/4/76 from memory. the HX model was released in 7/76, so mines a pretty late HJ.
HX's have colourcoded bumpers... does the one in your street?

anyway, when mines done.. its having the plates 'HJGTS4'

btw... you better all be comitted to mx6.com in 20yrs!!!!
we'd all be like 40 n [shizzle]
