those GE mx6's are incredibly sexy... that roofline... goddamn. so cheap too


this time next year, hopefully i have a 2g mx6. (id buy one now, but three cars?! i gotta sort something out) mmm.... thats a nice stock daily driver... red 97 with the 4ws pack - everyah option!

got a job constuction labouring XMAS period is the tradies holidays,,, hence the no working for a few weeks

should be back at work next week all going well

2g turbo < -- yes i mean mazda mx6.. v6 turbo yes not 4cyl.. looking over the result people have got over very little done really... 300whp is quiet achievable on a stock motor at moderate bosot levels nothing over 1bar that ive seen.

Russ there isnt much left of that car to actually call a car lol i mean the monaro most of the good bits have rusted away.

Check out Probetalk.com they have the best FI section for the KL motor and know there stuff most turbo'ed mx6's are on probetalk not even on mx6.com so id look there for help and inspiration

Matt Mass had a pribe that had 504whp and his gear boxes didn't hold up for long but most manul gear boxes with a stage 3 clutch and a few things here and there hold perfectly fine at 300whp

^ if you shift nice, 300 is the upper limit for them, so any more than gentle shifting results in you missing gears...

more to the point, there FWD cars, even with a lsd diff you wouldnt really wanna be going to much higher than 300 for shear drivablility

thats true i think 220whp to 250 is a nice number to aim for its said the kit i have is at the ball park of 220whp abit more depending on the condition of everything aswell

But cause im using an auto i dont know i know auto's slower but the valve body mod and TC makes it almost like the mtx so if i get more than 200whp i'll be happy
