I remember when my old 15" CRT made funny colours, I just gave it a great big whack...worked well till the plastic housing cracked apart .

Net send was a pretty cool thing at school...if enabled, you can basically send pop up messages to other PCs on the network. Didn't last long when we learnt that teachers used the computers too

My mate used the Novell netsend feature at TAFE about a year or two ago and sent a message to every computer across two campusses, just by selecting "Entire Network". Turns out people do not like getting pop ups saying "you love the wang" as he received so many messages back.

i remember a program that utilised that feature. i think it was called network nightmare. now take your message and put it into the program.

SEND TO: entire network

MESSAGE: you love the wang

SEND COUNT: 9999999

now THOSE were the days. haha

and has anyone else noticed that when you spell a word wrong its underlining it?
The new firefox has spellcheck so before u post u can see missspelled words nice feature instead of posting then editing which i do alot
