Whoa! That was lucky!

A slightly warped head gasket should be fine ... just don't do anything stupid ... like drag racing

Are you still planning on selling?

Hmmm,

Cruise Club, 21st. I'm tempted... maybe our first MX6.com Tassie meet?

Then God spoke to me and said:

'Go forth and maketh the most of the MX6. Harness the power of the stock IHI turbo for this is best path. Reduce intake and exhaust restrictions. Install RAI. Dump and install camber kits to increase handling abilities. LSD for increased traction. Boost if necessary, thou beware not to fall to temptation.'

as soon as my baby is back on da road (it is being dropped off to be fixed next week) i'm gonna organise with snuff to do a mx6.com tassie cruise, and there is this guy i know in argyle st who drives a mx6 and is a member of mx6.com and he knows a few other mx6 drivers.

There is a funny story behind how i met him... but i'll save that for a time when someone might be interested in listening LOL

currently im definitely thinking about selling the 6 and buying some p.o.s. cos my car got broken into AGAIN!!!!

this time all they did was threw a couple of bricks through the rear windscreen. nothing stolen but they did damage the spoiler (idiot cant [fizzle]en throw for [shizzle]) and one went right up to the dash and did a bit of damage there.

im fairly certain its not the same ppl cos the first time they were prepared (ie had screwdrivers and stuff) and stuff was nicked. this seems like a bunch of drunken assholes [fizzle]in about.

thing is i dont really want to buy a good car or do a lot of work on this one until i can get a garage spot. thats the disadvantage of living at home and living on a main street.

Well - you could just put your car in storage until you move into a place with a garage. Buy a valiant or something to drive around in in the mean time!

Christ - which suburb is that? (I lived in Como which was pretty quiet.) Sounds like your thieves are locals, or even neighbours. I'd be surprised if they're not the same guys who broke in the first time.... You need a lock-up garage ASAP. (Or a big shottie.)

i dont think theyre the same as last time cos the previous ppl came prepare with screwdrivers and stuff, while this time they used a couple of bricks to smash the window but didnt actually steal anything. probaly some drunken idiots

gonna have to wait until at least monday to get a new one cos nothings open atm and i cant install one myself so theres no point in going to the wreckers.

That absolutely sucks. I'd keep an ear open and a cricket bat handy, over the next few nights - they might come back via the rear window. Pity you can't set up a camera to catch them at it, or have a few mates stay over... I hate scum like this. Hope you get garage space fixed up soon.
