Cause the EPA has very strict rules on emissions for driving in the city hence why they do tests at half throttle around 40kms to 90kms for health and enviro reasons (city is packed and pretty tight)

Thats why i said mr mx6 is lucky he doesn't care about being legal if the cars written off and his insurance doesn't pay out its not that big of a deal to him

But he doesn't live in victoria so he doesn't have as much pressure

Not sure people in usa are making 260whp but that doesn't translate well down here so my guess is 190kw is 260whp so i would say 150kw or more as a base

Oh yeah cause of emissions im probably not running as much fuel as the usa guys so im bound to be lower
