Almost Weekend? Certainly is!

Sneaky sound system was good last night...could have been better, I mean, they only played for like an hour.

I feel a sore throat coming on too. Hopefully I can sleep it off over the next night or two. I don't want to get sick now.

Matty, what cruise is this on Sat night? Looking on OMC, it is obviously one Rhys has not found/told us about yet thankfully.

What kind of DVD/Screen DS?

Easiest dash I have ever removed to install a stereo has been in my brother's 99 Camry...

Trim around the existing radio just pulls off which exposes 2 screws and the radio comes out. And the stock harness is a good 60cm long, so you can pull it right out, which makes it easy to splice into.

It sucks having to fit your hands and a soldering iron into a din pocket to slice in a new harness.

My watch battery has died too now...at least I hope that is the problem.

Ive found a few workshops that do duraflex or Urethane but not for my 3, i just dont trust myself with fibreglass front end etc.

Is that cause ur worried u can scrap the bottom of it and chip.rip the [shizzle] out of it?

One of the guys on probetalk drives on very rough roads to work each day and his bumper was wrecked in the month (it finally took most of the bottom away after getting scraped so many times)

He actually had a great idea he got 4 large nuts and bolts (the ones with round heads) and mounted it to the bottom lip of the bumper so the round head was facing downards and everytime he hit a bump or scrapped the actual nut scraped and created sparks but kept his bumper safe

It's been a year now and his bumper is still brand new altho there are afew small chips at the edge from stones all he does is change the nut every 4 or so months and it's lovely

Quite smart i think cause he's on the same road everyday

This has helped his bumper stay intact instead of scraping then getting caught on the ground and ripping apart

You need to see WA roads Nin...[shizzle] [shizzle] [shizzle].

Anyway...I've been given some more motivation to get serious about riding my bike. One of the guys here at work has just built up a new bike and bright it in today...

Fitzy...you know what I am on about...Specialized StuntJumper XC, RockShox Revelation forks, CF seat post and bars, full XTR groupset including rims and hydro brakes...Lighter than my bike, and I thought mine was light.

If I get serious about riding again, I'll get a new bike I think, and rebuild the Yukon more of a road machine, that Dad can borrow if he wants.

Probably go for more an Enduro bike than Downhill/Freeride, at least it is light and practical and can still be thrashed.

Yeah Nin

Thats the worry, also the fact i dont want to keep having to bog up chips on the fibreglass from the road etc.

Will keep searching, worst case scenario, i will have to get fibreglass i spose
