Internet at mine is [shizzle] too, reset modem, even rolled back to the original fimware. Replaced all cables. Clean PC.

I think it has to be a problem between my line and the exchange.

In general it is OK, but if you try and stream anything, ie: Youtube, it struggles.

Great choice i got a manual flipout xenarc (i have the original tape player faceplate attached incase someone walks past it should hopefully stop most people thinking of breaking in)

The xenarc is a quality screen and electronics it's also got a 1 dead pixel warrenty which is very handy (the second common one is liliput which is ok but they use used lcd panels when they sell them new to you and they have a 3 dead pixel warrenty which doesn't help much)

So your gonna go with a carpc in the Zed eh? checkout this carpc install in a z3 roadster

ADVAC blows you whilst you drive too.

But for $4K I think I would rather drive to a brothel and spend the money there.

what's a ADVAC ?

I don't need to be blown my car does that already. It's why I hold on to it. No new car blows me in the same way. hey may look nice - sound nice do it cleaner more efficent but they just don't blow me like my mx-6 does.

ah I just had look at the werbsite AVIC ah him $4K hm - Yes I could have good time for several hours at nic e brothel - with several nice female's him or I could have electronic item of $4K worth in my car that will loose valve every second
but the portable one looks good.

but I just want a fold out screen for when I use sat nav really.

I don't need it too fancy just don't want these portable things. I stil lbelive in a map. it's not going into mx-6 but top secret project 3.

alpine don't have much.

Anyone got any ideas. I mean I could spend the 4K done but it seems like a waste. I mean in 2 years it will be I bet $1K or less same unit.

Sadly there isn't really any that do it anymore they are all using the lil units cause they are portable (which i hate)

I have the PC display GPS for me with extra features like custom voices (darth vader anyone lmao) and all the redlight and speed cameras in Australia too

Only Maker i know of is VDO but i don't know of places they stock them

VDO Dayton - Monitor Navigation

I would look at the MS 6100 unit for you it's a 7" flipout screen with DVD, Radio, MP3, WMA, DivX and JPEG

Sadly i can't find any australian stockists

I don't get why they mark red-light cameras in maps....

I mean, it's not as if you are going to consult the map/UBD as you approach a red light and make a decision weather to go thought the red or not.
