the rare ones are the dodgy imports, gunmetal grey and black, and i was soooooo close to buying a black one back in the day, nightrider style, black car, black tint, black rims, debadged, even speed cameras would have missed me

Nah, not in terms of reliability, that's not the problem. American cars tend to fall apart because fit and finish is really really really bad!

Cheers Russ! I guess I could find a sedan Grille Like Fitzy's. Maybe I'll borrow his for 10mins or so...see how it looks.
I have a bucket load of pics from a few days ago when I was with jmoore. Will upload them all tomorrow night. |

Ahh yes yes.
The sedan has that black grille with the chrome outer, the hatch has what I have. Fitting the sedan grille was one of Fitzy's first mod I think. These grilles are kinda cool...Made by AutoMondena (sp?) who also make the eye lids. ![]() |

Good cameras give good results!
Nice pics. DSLRs are also good for making HUGE screw ups. The point and shoot cameras are good for 'good' results 99% of the time. There is heaps of stuff on the net about how to do photography and stuff. Loads of reading. Night photography I like. Get a tripod and cruise around to places that have weird shadows and stuff. |

I picked up my little Canon A410 with a photo printer and a rapid charger for $90 on clearence about a year and a half ago.
Typical point and shoot camera with the manual mode/settings. Been playing with them alot lately...you can get some pretty cool shots. A tripod is a must - They really help for night photos. I just have a stupid little pocket tripod...does the job nicely though. I'd love to get a DSLR, but at the same time, I want a small thing for on the go. Bit like the ones all the chicks have when they go out and they shove them down their tops. ![]() |
