At least you held up well Jason...despite your random outbursts of internet 1337 speak, particuarly the words 'noob' and 'lol' often directed at passers by or cars. How cool were my manually operated JDM mirrors when I parked my car?! "Oh yeah, they're JDM alright, just, the motor is broken, so I have to fold them in myself".

Back at work...stuck on helpdesk again. Only thing worth living for this week is the possibility of my stainless steel door sills arriving.

Might go out for lunch...need to make some calls and follow up on the job applications I sent off the other week. Also applied for one at HP, seems pretty good, all training provided, company car, lots of company benefits. Though, doing a bit of research, there are mixed opinions form working with HP. I'll see how things go, provided I get an interview there! Also applied for one at a place an old friend works at, it isn't too far from home either.

i missed this before, but you need to be careful because even if theres no apparent damage to the drivetrain, a large shock is sent through the drivetrain when a car is hit. there could be a lot of unseen damage

well is this fantastic...

b4 my engine developed a few issues the boost plan was all go, and id been discussing buying one though a place here in perth. Last communication i had with them was ages ago, and basically it was me saying they were ordering the wrong one, and could they get the price on the one i actually wanted.

didnt hear [shizzle] from them, but then my car went silly so i sorta forgot about it, just got a call from them 10 mins ago, and a turbo is sitting there with my name on it, so they are expecting me to rock up and give them alot of money for a turbo that i wont be using untill uni is done and sorted and out of the way, i said id go and see em saturday, help me obi-wan kenobi, your my only hope...

Felt better after a meal and getting some more liquid into me.

I blame the fact that I had a light lunch...had bugger all energy.

Awesome. Came home after a rather [shizzle]house afternoon on the road on the way home from work to see this on the news...

Employees who experience high levels of stress or depression in their jobs generally experience road rage!!!

YES!!!!

I have to change the rego of the Cosmo from NSW to ACT this week or the next. I have NO idea how hard this is going to be.

I'd love to get a motorbike license.. but kinda need a bike first. which costs money. whoops.

hmmm nothing should be un-road worthy on the cosmo should it? If not then its easy.

Just a thought a friend had about registering a car from another state...

Say I had a car here in WA, with NSW rego. Could you arrange a PO BOX in NSW and get the renewal sent there and get a friend to send it onto you?

Only reason he though of that is that WA police can't put a defect notice on a vehicle registered in another state. Don't know if it's a similar story elsewhere?

From what I understand here in WA, registering a car from interstate, it needs to go over the pits (inspected) before getting re-registered.
