Silver looks great it might not make it noticeable like red is from the corner of your eye but it really give you that clean professional look

i wouldnt recommend it, a tomtom or navman is more expensive but you can constantly update it using the net. i bought a cheap all in one dvd/gps unit for my car and it was a waste of money. i now have a tomtom and separate clarion unit.

This is cool. Would be quite a sight, 273 Evo's and GSR's all in one place.

Well I replied to this thread, but I don't see my reply!

I don't know much about GPS stuff. I'm sure NIN knows all about that brand!

i used to be a big fan of WRXs and i used to bash the EVO cos its just a souped up lancer :P

but now id much rather have an EVO than a WRX even the STI version
WRXs are waaaay too common and more often than not its wankers that drive em

It's like skylines they were cool now there's just to many wankers in them

But what can you say you have enough people driving a car being idiots and you tend to generalise them all like commodore drivers :P

Also 273 doesn't seem like shuch a big number im pretty sure the probes got way higher turnout at some of the national meets in usa

I've never heard of trakmate but it's using navteq maps (everyone uses them they are the only detailed maps) so it's probably gonna last you for 5 years till you would upgrade cause of some roads so it's probably worth it if you need a gps

But DS i was gonna send you a GPS cd for your carpc do you even need this gps?

Evo's are somewhat subtle too.

I know a guy who has an 8. Never has he been pulled over by the cops. He borrowed a stock STI for two weeks, got pulled over half a dozen times.

They are becoming quite common though, and cheaper.

The reason for Skylines being so common is they are cheap as well. You can pickup a 32GTR for as little as $13k now. Bargain supercar, providing you can afford to keep it running or at least rebuild it in such a way that it will not break, not to mention being able to cope with a dashboard resembling a VN Commodore.

A fair few 34 GTR V-specs are appearing here now...very pretty cars.
