Anyway guys guess what........i haven't recieved my jukebox yet its been 30 days and i sent and email yesterday and havent got a reply today i look at his ebay feedback and he had like 100+ replies saying they haven't recieved their goods yada yada and im thinking ok he said in his autoreply email that shipments were 2 weeks late and then i see quite a few guys saying the company is in liquidation and they were emailed by lawyers about it.

So the dodgy looking ebay seller turns out to be dodgy Grrrr

I've made a claim at paypal but who knows with so many angry customers they will probably say something like oh he's in liquidations so we can't get your money for you sorry.

Most people on ebay have gone past 30 days and i've just got my dispute in at 30 days (it's 40 to 45 days for a paypal dispute)

I was so happy too cause on sunday when i looked at the ebay feedback 1 person said they recieved their jukebox and 1 person gave a negative feedback for it with babble in the comment so i thought i was lucky as someone had just recieved theirs but now im mad as hell thats $350 i could lose if paypal tries to stiff me and i didn't use a credit card to buy the item either so i can't do a charge back

u should be able to get some of it back
my mate got gipped a few years back with some portable media players
he got back around 60% i think

and question for all...

i keep getting calls every couple of days from an number (0434 300 579), if i pick up it hangs up, and if i try and call back my phone instantly says that the number is incorrect and doesnt exist, any ideas?

I do that with the random SMSes from the 19 xxxxx numbers that cost me $5. Usually leads you to a local landline support number that you can call and abuse.

I spent $19 for just 2hrs and 20mins of parking this morning in the city. Despite the fact I get reimbursed for it, I think I might stick to the cheaper car park which involves a little more of a walk to keep the boss happy.

It looks like i'll be fine paypal will refund all the money they set up a fund for buyers from this seller.

The dodgy thing is that he was already in liquidation yet he was telling ppl that the items were coming and still selling talk about dodgy and now that he's gone to china and ain't coming back nothing will happen.

apparently if the amount that youve ripped off someone is less than 50k, the police wont even both trying to chase you if u leave the country

all they do is notify interpol and thats it
