sounds awesome, though i dunno how many melb members who read this thread would be going, i miss cruises, been over 2 months since ive been on one :s (with my car)

speaking of the car, while i eat a slighty oily tasting lunch, ze is starting to look better, new mounts are in, rockers changed, and about to start pulling the front off the de (belts, pulleys etc etc).

hoping to get that done today, clutch etc tomz and with some luck have it sitting in the bay ready for the few extras i need to buy monday to get her fully in and started, in theory its rather close to starting :O

I was thinking of going to that cruise but when i got to my car on sat afternoon it wouldnt start the power wasn't enough took 5mins to get it working

Not sure wtf drained my battery i took the car to my mech as this happened before and he said it was my lcd screen in the boot but i wired it to the light socket so it only came on when the boot was open but he said that was the prob but it looks like it might be something else don't know what tho.

The car was not used for 14hrs and its only been 12hrs since i did a quick trip to the supermarket when the car wouldnt work and it started up fine and the LCD is still unplugged so i don't know wtf is going on now.

Still tonight is my first night shift 6:30pm to 6:30am lets see if i can stay awake expect some weird post throughout the morning lol

Congrats fitzy are u gonna use that VC or u getting your other one powdercoated and put on later?

Bad luck for me again tonight i brang in my portable hdd with 500gb of movies and tv shows and guess what?

The bloody thing wont work its not backed up either i already lost 1tb of movies and tv shows and i started again with this hdd and now it seems to have died from taking it home to work Grrrrr

The power plug was chipped when i took the power plug out of the external case and it does have the Positive and negative exposed so hopefully i just need a new power supply and the power supply hasn't wrecked the harddrive

It makes a weird noise and it does sound like its more to do with the power than the harddrive but you never know my lucky lately has been rotten besides the new job so fingers crossed the harddrive is ok

Clicking or whining noise?

Usually indicates that the head is only just moving - lack of power. HDD should be fine.
