im just playing this pc game thats set a few hundred years in the future and characters keep making comments that it costs hundreds of millions of dollars to buy an apartment in the city centre :P

yeah its an rpg/adventure called The Longest Journey
its pretty old but the sequel is coming out next year and apparently its looking really good and TLJ is supposedly one of the best adventures games around so i thought id give it a shot

how old is it? is it abandonware yet? i have a heap of free games which i want to play but refuse to run under winxp

nah its not abandonware
i doubt it ever will be cos its 4 cds :P

i think it was released in 99. its stuck in 640x480 or 800x600 resolution too but meh it looks ok
