mx5s arent really a chicks car as such. theyre more of a 'mid-life crisis' kind car IMHO. the 40s person thinking they look cool cruisin with the top down

My mate's 27 so he has a fair few years to go yet for a mid-life crisis. That hardtop definitely makes a big difference to the overall look of the MX5. Comes off very easily too for hot summer night drives... Not a big fan of convertibles personally, though. Especially with my pale easy-burn English skin. I'd even start to burn under a 60w lightbulb. Damn European genetics...

My MX6 experience is more a rolling restoration than everyday transport...

Ok, so maybe I jumped the gun a bit

It's definately the Aus Forums biggest thread ever. There is however a 2000 odd post thread in the lounge which I think wins. There is some 4000+ post thread in some private thread, but it's just rubbish so I'm discounting that one.

Wel I guess that gives us something to aim for.

You also have to remember that this thread has only been going for about 6 months can compare that to how many posts we have compared to the time and how many posts with the others....

I also believe "ever" should always be spelt "evar" on MX6.com.
