Speaking of ebay auctions...you can get programs that will keep watch of items and auto bid for you at the last second. The only downside is that you have to pay for them...uness you can find a cracked version...I mean what?!

It's been a slow day...Feels like 2pm, but it is actually 11:10am right now. Freeway was awful yet again this morning. It's weird, been banked up a few extra kms than usual for the past week now and there is no road closures/works anywhere. I might start driving down to the train station and take the train in. Just need to invest in a decent MP3 player. There are some nice sights on the train at times too .

Yeah...but only after Reid Highway heading south.

Wanneroo road goes through too many ghetto areas. Tuart Hill for example, I don't wanna get shot!

You do need to give it time...One of the senior engineers here want's to get me sorted with a MCP and a MCSE down the track, so I should have soemthign a bit more exciting to do rather than in-house work and helpdesk data entry. I have a Network Engineering Diploma as it is and in the past 2 months of working here I have not put it to use!

Oh, heard in the news yesterday afternoon about an incident involving schoolies in QLD. A gear stick complete with an 8-ball knob was thrown out of a red Dihatsu, and through the Window of a passing bus.

That's a new form of road rage! Just throw essential parts of your car at other motorists! Maybe I should pull my steering wheel off and frisbie it behind me at the tools who tailgate me.

I was once travelling behind a mate on the freeway after work one night and some lady cut him off, he hung out the window and pegged a football at her car.

Yeah i know how that is i got my certificates in IT and after that i couldnt get a job and have basiclly lost my skills cause ive moved into the printing industry as its the only jobs i can get.

At the old job i did get to create databases and frontends in ms access or macros in word and VBA code now and again so not all the skills where lost.

Im lucky tho i've got fantasic learning ability which helps me learn what i need in afew days

Perfect example is when i worked for a local newspaper (big company not an independant newspaper) they hired me for E-commerce and i knew how to make websites but had no experience in PHP or ASP

3 days later i had learnt medium to advance PHP and on the friday (5th day) i had half the pages setup with the code already done.

To bad that learning ability only works for IT related stuff

Have I told about my Dad's Commodore? The bonnect won't close. We had to remove the grille and keep it down with galvanised wire. Looks pretty ghetto without the grille. I think the part where the latch is supposed to catch has snapped off.

Why do we drive jap cars? Because we don't want to hold our cars together with galvanised wire?!
