I've contacted a local cnc machine shop, and by Friday I should have one adjustable rocker arm for testing. Is there anyone interested in converting to adjustable valve lash as well? If this is cost effective, I am going ahead with it.
Aluminum was used for the prototype, but steel will likely be the better choice. It's a fairly thin walled insert, which requires heating the rocker arm, and freezing the insert, then lightly pressing it in. This process can potentially warp and not align with the valve tip, and it really needs to be concentric, or it won't have the same center throughout the rocker arm/valve travel.
No cost yet. Wont talk to them til January once the Holidays are through. Bad timing but it needs to happen lol
