Right now I am looking at Tokico Blues & INTRAX. I was thinking about the eibach, but that is not enough drop for me.

^Get the ebay coilover kit....

Srsly, I'd say go for Tokico HP's and a set of H&R springs. Will set you back about $800 for EVERYTHING brand new. Thats what I'm going for anyways(except with Apex springs since I have the only dealer in North America right next door )

heres a little update guys.

went from , eibach and blues in the front, with stock in the rear (theres a sub and crap in there so its weighed down):

then this past weekend put escort front top mounts on it and put the rear eibahc and tokico blues in. Big difference, way more awesome now. i have about a quarter of an inch in front of gap ( pics its hard to see but i cant put my middle finger horizontally in.) and i have about 5 eights - 3 quarters in the rear. really happy with how it turned out.

97 ls. So far: Atx to mtx Swap, B&M STS, Rx8 Wheels, Tokico Blues with Eibach Pro, Escort top mounts, Corksport RSTB, Chrome Intakes CAI, Custom sound system with Optima.

That looks sick. What size tires are you running on those wheels? Any rubbing?

threads like these are helpful years down the track..

my current suspension is a basket case from the illegal lowered springs to a few bushes needing replacing ..my springs are so bad they have popped out and have been rubbing against the brake lines ..pretty scary stuff huh ?

anyway tomorrow I'm off for a set of correct springs and a spring compressor
also including changing both lower control arms ...

apart from a well tuned engine theres some real satisfaction in having your car set up to handle just right

Ok, so i recently got some 16" linea sport mesh rims with 215 up front, 245 in back(dumb for a fwd I know) but it looks like its ready to go offroading in my opinion, so I'm looking to lower it. Now here's where I'm confused...

There's so many different posts on personal preference and opinions that i can't tell which are which. So, what setup is best for the lowest ride height but not a horrible ride quality from hell? I don't race it or drive it like I stole it so I don't need anything really high performance. I'm mostly going for looks on it.

If you don't mind posting links to the parts needed, that would be helpful for me.

Thanks in advance for your help guys!
