Anyone have 2nd V6 MX6/Probe GT running off MegaSquirt 3.57
I was finally able to test the unit and I can only get car to crank but doesn't startup.
The alert "Not RPM synced" appears in TunerStudio, so is that normal before the car starts?
I soldered the ignition PINs as per DIYAUTO how to page:
Function Color MS2 V3.57
Crankshaft position signal Green Pin 24 (IGN center wire)
Crankshaft position return Blue Ground (IGN shield)
Camshaft position sensor Pink DB15 pin 7
Ignition module Yellow / Black Pin 36
The 1993 Mazda/Probe ECU pinouts state the follow for those color wires:
Green = Cylinder Identification (CID) Signal
Blue = Crankshaft Position (CKP) Signal
Pink or Blue/Pink = G Signal
Yellow/Black or Blue/Orange = Distributor Ignition (DI)
NOTE: What is NE1 Signal (Light Green/Orange) in the OEM ECU? It seems that on a MS1 v2.2 you would use that for Crank position signal? I had it on that on MS1, so changed to the above for MS2 3.57.
