Best place to buy a KLZE

I'm planning on getting aKLZE sometime this summer and live between Ottawa and Toronto, and don't mind driving to Ottawa or Toronto to pick one up, but what's the best place to get one. I was thinking of getting one form Tiger Japanese Auto Parts Ltd. - Your source for all JDM engines, transmissions and more..., does anyone else have any positive or negative experiances with any KLZE purchases in Ontario? I would like to stick to Ontario to save on shipping/driving, but if anyone has any places that they'd reccomend I wouldn't mind checking some other places out. Basically I just want the best engine I can get at a price I can afford.

Supposedly they are the largest JDM dealer in North America so they should be reputable. I haven't dealt with them but I'm planning to get my KLZE from there within the next month so let me know how it goes for you or if i get it first i'll let you know.

i'm also looking for a klze and probably might go to tiger. i'm also looking into here where they quoted me:
- $850 engine
- $500 installation
- $150 mod ECU
- $70 towing (but i'm less than 20kms from their location)
- payment in cash = "I'll take care of you"
Not sure which one to go to...

Teknotik in Toronto is an excellent company to deal with. Not gonna screw you over, nor will they rape you in funds.

I know Nick @ Teknotik, they're around the corner from me. He says his engine's are "mint", but whether they're worth the money is another question.
I got mine from this place called Total JDM (used to be called Shine JDM). They're selling 1 for $840. And I'm sure you could make it $800. Engine's come a bit dirty, but they're fine. TorontoJDM.com - Total Japanese Domestic Motor
Also, forget about the "ecu mod". As long as you don't have a kl07, I can get a chip for you from a guy in Australia (Stoker100 on PT), better than Probinator's (I think so anyway since he advanced the timing) and he's making an emulator, so no need to go to megasquirt either.

^^^^he's selling one right now for $840CAN, that's not alot
Japan is the best place to buy KLZE
when you are buying a motor here you know they are making m oney off of you, so your not paing more for the better motor, your are paing more for their profit
so, what i would suggest, get on the web and search for places in japan
one of them is Used Cars from Japan. Used Cars Exporter
