It was a tough choice between the RX7 and the Skyline, but I had to pick the Skyline. An RHD FD would be sweet (I ran across one at random and almost wrecked my car trying to look at it) but I've wanted an R33 GTR in Midnight Purple, Black, or Dark Grey Pearl since I was 11.

no there is no law against the age of an import if you can afford it you can have pretty much anything. subject to HP requirements for street vehicles which varies from state to state and a couple other things.

no thats just flat out wrong. You can't import cars into the US until their 25 years old except under very few circumstances. Now that doesn't mean there aren't gray market cars running around, cars shipped over and reassembled as "kit cars," vin swapped cars, and a few that have just slipped by in states that have lax dmv laws/workers. You guys up north have it easy at 15 years

mmmmm xb (i think) falcon coupe (fap fap fap)

despite that, hands down without and inch of doubt my import of choice (the reason i did my degree was because it was going to be my present to me once i got it and a job) is a Series 8 Rx7 RS in blue with a de-wing, Fd's are and always will be pornography on wheels

1993 626 KL-ZE, i swear its stock officer...
From SAE 920677... "LONG LIFE AND MAINTENANCE-FREE - Efforts were made to extend the life of these engines and make them as maintenance-free as possible so that customers can be pleased with the vehicle's quality long after the initial driving period."

hehe that XB reminds me of my old XC wagon with the 302 holley in it. was slammed, tinted, with wide as 12 slotter chrome rims and twin chrome exhaust pipes.
man i loved that thing, slow as fuck compared to my 6 but looked mean.

EDIT:
forgot about the poll lol.
all my mates have 180sx/silvias, wrxs, skylines and supras, so im sorta sick of em. fwd hondas arent really anything special either. older audi's are meh.
ive always loved the early 90s bmw M5's, look classy, have what like 235kw stock? rwd and manual.. and zero attention from cops

hmm... where is this stated i have just looked over the laws and it say it must pass a smog test if under 25 years old and conform to DOT safety standards but i dont see anything stating it has to be over a certain age.

it does say that over 25 year old cars are easy to import

edit: there are restrictions of course on car type and such of course but in general im still not seeing any laws against it
