Yeah, I tried the B&M on someone else car, but it was very clicky, more clicky than the one in my MX-6. I would've go with them if I weren't able to find a C's tho

Very true. It does click whenever I shift gear. It's part of the design of the "box" holding the pivot ball. anyways, looks like a solid item you were able to find there!

gotta question for you as I'm having a slight problem on my car: I can't boost.

details; I can build pressure with the turbos, but as soon as I hit positive pressure (boost) the engine cuts it off. My car did this 2 years ago when I fried through my MAP sensor wiring. Wired it back up and everything was good. It was also fine a few weeks ago before I changed my plugs and wires. Now, the car still runs fine, but it won't boost. (When changing my plugs, I rested on my MAP sensor and heard a crack, but everything seems intact)

do you think it's possible I broke something inside the MAP sensor that's causing me to not read positive vacuum pressure and therefor having the engine cut out?

I ordered a new GM 3-bar MAP sensor to be safe, but I wouldn't mind a second opinion.

It does sounds like somethings wrong with the MAP sensor, did you take the sensor out and test it? I'm sure you can test it with a DMM, spec should be in the FSM.

The diff is leaking, either from the cover or axle seals. Either way its time to drop it reseal it and give it some fresh fluid along with the trans.

More OEM parts showed up, man these little bags are expensive...

Hopefully I can spend some time on it this weekend.

^ LOL yup, so to get the axles out I have to separate it from the hub, all the axle thread on 7club tells me it can be a PITA, so I unbolted everything and pull the hub and axle all together, didn't bother try to separate them. Next I need to drop the diff, might have to replace the carrier bushing :\

Dropped the diff last weekend, it was leaking from the axle seal, apparently people can't install an axle seal properly nowadays

Dirty diff carrier

Cleaned it out with purple power and painted it

Cleaned up the diff with purple power and painted it

I also took the diff cover off to reseal it, didn't want to take any chance that it is leaking there too. Now I'm waiting for the SuperPro diff carrier bushing to come so I can put the diff back up, got a 20 tons shop press from Harbor Freight so hopefully it will make my life easier down the road when I need to replace bushings and bearings.

Got a few more parts in and got a Miata battery so I can relocate my battery to the rear bin in favor of the large SMIC, and a Magnaflow resonated midpipe to keep the neighbor happy

Only if you agree to drop in a 20B and bring her back, I'll even let you drive her back to sweeten the deal

Got my Banzai Racing diff brace today

Is used so the powder coat is chipping, not sure what I want to do about it, spray a few more lay of red on it or spray it black.

Got quite a bit of work done on the car last week.

- Replaced fuel filter since it is easy to get to with the diff off the car
- Replaced diff carrier bushing with SuperPro
- Installed new axle seals, drive shaft seal and re-sealed diff cover
- Installed Banzai Racing diff brace
- NEO diff fluid
- Test fitted the exhaust
- Finished relocating the battery

Clean up these underbody braces while they are off the car, Purple Power FTW!

Got these beefy exhaust gasket to ensure a leak free exhaust

Magnaflow midpipe and Ganador Ti exhaust

Titanium goodness

Relocated the battery in favor of a large SMIC

Added 3 switched 12V feed for gauges and etc.

The center caps were peeling, so I sand them down and repainted them, probably won't match 100% but should look better than half black half silver.

More to come next week

I'm really liking what I see for the under-body work. I think that's what I'm gonna do next year along with the CF doors.
